The Public Finances (Management) Act 1995 makes provision for public finances (including those relating to Provincial Governments and Local Level Governments). This Act also directs government procurement. Provisions for government procurement are also prescribed and expanded separately in the Financial Instructions and Regulations. The reader should also refer to these two instruments.
